Registered Nurse (RN) – Perfect Match Program
Novant Health’s Perfect Match Program is designed to quickly place experienced nurses into the right clinical environment through short-term rotations before permanent placement.
Selected RNs will rotate through 3–4 units within the same service line over a 6–8 week period , allowing both the nurse and the team to determine the best long-term fit.
Important:
This program is not intended for nurses looking to explore new specialties. Applicants must have at least 2 years of recent experience within the same service line in the last 3 years.
Short-term rotational experience (6–8 weeks) within one service line
Exposure to 3–4 units within that specialty area
Opportunity for permanent placement following rotation
